Worker Status

Although our main objective here at Hugh E. Sandefur Training Center, Inc. is to provide employment for individuals with disabilities, it is necessary for us to employ non-disabled individuals in order to meet production needs.  We have the following categories:
 

  • Regular Production Workers
    Permanently employed here and receive benefits
  • Temporary Production Workers
    Receive NO benefits
    First to be downsized, if necessary
